CSPs

The founder of The Soft Pedal Shop has been involved with writing Cryptographic Service Providers (CSPs) for Microsoft Windows-based operating systems since CryptoAPI was first introduced in 1995.

Smart Cards

Our founder was the charter architect for the Personal Computer/Smart Card Consortium (PC/SC). While at Microsoft, he helped many major smart card companies prepare their software for inclusion in Windows 2000 and Windows XP.

Secure Distributed Applications

Our founder has been involved with distributed security since 1989, participating in several secure computing standards bodies.
