Company Purpose

The Soft Pedal Shop was founded as a Limited Liability Corporation on September 9th, 2002 by Doug Barlow.  It's purpose is to be a vehicle for delivering consulting services.

We provide consulting services on:

• The Microsoft CryptoAPI
• PC/SC Smart Card APIs
• Web application programming

Doug is the principal consulting provider.  Other consultants may be subcontracted on projects if needed.

Community Involvement

The Soft Pedal Shop actively participates in the Sammamish, Washington community by providing technical expertise to local organizations:

• The Cascade Classic High School Girls Basketball Tournament:  The Soft Pedal Shop provides software and technical support to the Brain Game and to the web page.
• Pine Lake Covenant Church:  The Soft Pedal Shop developed and maintains their web page, featuring secured areas for attendees.  Doug is also a member of the congregation.
